Dear PTA Member(s),

Welcome back! We hope you enjoyed your summer. The PTA has been busy planning exciting and enriching opportunities for the 2019-2020 school year.

After overwhelming support and being amazingly popular with our students and staff, Boosterthon is back! We're excited to announce that our brand new character theme for the 2019-2020 school year is...MINDSPARK WILD WEST! Look for more details once school starts! This will be the PTA’s one and only fundraising event for the school year. This fundraiser will provide essential financial support for our Schoolwide Enrichment Model (SEM). SEM “brings the curriculum standards to life” by providing in-house and off-site learning experiences for all students of RNE. Please see the below for a list of some of the SEM-funded activities provided during the 2018-2019 school year.

In addition to supporting SEM, the PTA is looking forward to the return of many of our popular events, including: building an award-winning Roswell Youth Day parade float, taking a trip around the world during International Night, meeting artists from various backgrounds during Artists Day and having famous Authors visit and read to our students.

Roswell North is a great school and you can help make it even better by becoming a PTA member and getting involved.

We are looking forward to a great school year!

20+ Learning Experiences
For the 2018-19 school year, the PTA provided 20+ learning experiences to the students of RNE. All of these experiences are funded through our Schoolwide Enrichment Model. The experiences included field trips to Cagle's Farm, The Georgia Ensemble Theater (Junie B. Jones), The Gwinnett Heritage Center, The University of Georgia 4H Center and more! The PTA also included in-house experiences such as a "Holocaust Survivor" speaker and numerous "High Tech High Touch" visits.
